A support group to help you get the tools you need to process your feelings about the state of the world and find ways to contribute that feel accessible to you.

Look, I know how it feels to be overwhelmed and frozen when it comes to the state of the world. You’re getting overrun with tragic news, and a lot of times the ways you can contribute feel like they won’t make a dent in what’s happening.

Here’s what I can tell you: having these tools has helped me engage with the news and stay informed without spiraling (or at least less of it haha) because I know what I am doing to take care of myself and my community.

That is why I created this space.

So if you’re a witchy, queer, and/or neurodivergent person who is seeking a compassionate space of values-aligned people to help you process the state of the world so that you can contribute and avoid staying stuck - you’re in the right place.

What people are saying

“Natalie exudes so much calm and compassion. I instantly felt like she had my back and that I'd be safe to process whatever came up for me. She also reminded me of my own agency and autonomy, which allowed me to release some of my usual guardedness so that I could really let the process unfold.”

— Halle T. (she/they)

“Natalie was the gentle guide who helped me open the door to an honest conversation with my body. Quickly, it became clear how much time I spend tending to the chaos of my mind while my body harvested the peace I so desperately craved.”

— Madison S. (she/her)

"There's a reason I have returned to work with Natalie time and time again. She creates a calm, nurturing space that allows you to fully open up, learn more about yourself, and receive her incredibly wise input, no matter what's happening in your life.”

— Kara F.

Hi I’m Natalie

A proudly queer and neurodivergent somatic coach, licensed therapist, and hedge witch. During the pandemic, I found myself completely overwhelmed and stuck when it came to showing up for the causes I cared about. It felt like the world was falling apart before my eyes, and I couldn’t do anything but watch.

Since then, I have come to a place where the tools I have for grounding myself and processing my feelings have created the space for me to find ways to contribute to the causes I care about much easier.

I can watch the news, feel the tragedy of what's happening, and not experience the secondary wave of emotion where I am feeling shame about not doing anything.

I am so excited to help you find ways to navigate your internal experience so you can show up in ways that feel authentic and accessible, too.

FAQ’s

  • On Thursdays from 4:00pm - 5:00pm PT. The dates of each call are the following: October 23rd, October 30th, November 13th, November 20th. There is an integration week in the middle of the program where there won’t be a call, but the telegram community space will still be open.

  • This program is set up so that you can choose how much you’d like to tap in, and when. On our somatic coaching sessions, you can use your fidgets, have your body in whatever position you’d like, or turn your screen off if you need space. You can choose to use the resource library or community space if you’d like, but you don’t have to. You can engage with this program in the way that feels best for your brain and nervous system.

  • No. This is a vulnerable process and one that I don’t feel is ethical to record and share with others. That means if you can’t come to the live sessions, it may not be a good fit.

  • Great question! Here is the general theme of each session: October 23: Welcome, intentions, process, October 30: how to contribute, November 13: processing feelings (somatic focus), November 20: group ritual to benefit the collective.

  • YES! You do not have to have any activism experience to benefit. This space is created for all levels of contribution.

  • No, there is no application. If you need to come at this rate, all you need to do is book at that rate. No questions asked.

  • Yes, you can choose the payment plan option which is 4 payments of $111 or $55.50 - depending on the rate you choose.
